Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor making learning about the basics of diet and exercise the most fun I've ever had! He is super enthusiastic about the concepts he teaches and keeps students engaged!

    Course highlights:

Not only does he teach the concepts from the book, but he applies them to real life. The homework assignments are very eye opening to me. One of our assignments was a nutritional comparison between a food we thought was healthy and a food we believed was unhealthy. The homework is just tied so nicely to the "real world" applications.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen in lecture, do the homework, both online and paper, and go to class!
