Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, as well as the instructor. I learned a lot through this course, as it goes above and beyond what was taught in high school as well as the professor being engaging and very active in student learning.

    Course highlights:

A highlight of this course would be the ability of the professor to relate what we were learning in class to every day life. In this course I learned all about the chemistry of food, which was interesting to me as a student with a health eduation minor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the tutor center as well as the availability of the professor to answer questions and to help digest new concepts before the test comes around.
