    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Stewart was a great professor but his exams are extremely hard. He does not give points for attendance or homework, your grade consists of 4 exams. If you are not a great test taker or not on top of all of the material your grade may suffer a great deal. The class is manageable but very difficult.

    Course highlights:

He is a pretty funny guy which makes class enjoyable, He is very organized and has his lecture material down. He does a great job of guiding students through the material but his exams are so difficult.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to office hours he loves when students visit him because it shows that you are interested in doing well. Seeing him will go miles for you. All you have to do is see him and he will help you a great deal.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it can serve as a refresher for students who haven't taken chemistry since the beginning of their high school career while adding new information.

    Course highlights:

I learned that attending study sessions, office hours, and tutoring helped further my knowledge on the subject.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend office hours when you can. Also review the material you learn everyday so you won't forget things.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because Dr. Bretz has a passion for chemistry that matches no other. She is driven and wants her students to succeed. She will do whatever she can to help students understand and succeed in her class.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were Dr. Bretz love and passion for teaching. It also gave a great basis for college chemistry. I learned a lot this year, and I know that I have a good basis in chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do the connect homework. It helps a lot. Also, go to office hours. She is the most helpful there. Do not be afraid to ask for help. Also, asking friends for help can be beneficial too.
