    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The main reason I took this course was to fulfill the Miami plan. If you have to take it, then obviously take it. If you can find another professor, I suggest doing so. This class is a great class to get out of your comfort zone. The content is great, and the speeches are effective. The professor wasn't the greatest, but she was helpful when approached.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I can speak very well, in front of a class. I learned that my ability to get a point across, is very effective and that I am able to step outside of my comfort zone and provide comfort to those who are nervous while speaking. The highlight of this course were the exercises we did. Tongue twisters, and acting out scenes without words were the best exercises.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must be willing to step outside of your comfort zone. You must be willing to allow yourself to be confident in your beliefs and your ability to convey a message to a class full of people. Be passionate and don't be afraid to voice your opinion confidently.
