    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Tian was extremely concerned with ensuring that the students understood the content. She was always enthusiastic in ensuring that we all understood what she was talking about.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the close bonds that our calculus study groups formed with each other. I learned much about integrals, the chain rule, and complex mathematics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always make sure to seek outside helping resources!

While calculus is a hard course, Professor Laura makes it her priority to make sure everyone is on the same page and understands the information she presents. She is extremely patient and quite humorous.

    Course highlights:

I was able to learn calculus and all the components of it. Limits, derivatives, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to really put in effort and do the homework. Remember to ask questions as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great class full of great people. You are bound to fail at points but you will always learn from it. Great professor, really can teach the course in a way everyone can understand.

    Course highlights:

Coming from a calculus in the previous year, I understood what the material was, BUT the professor explains where it came from which will take your understanding of things to a whole 'nother level.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be determined. Do not give up.
