    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Class is dry, but offers a lot of points when you go to class and tries to make it interesting.

    Course highlights:

    If you study, you will do well. Doesnt try and trick you. Teaches you about exercise and how your body responds to it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go to class, and keep up on the readings and you will be fine. Do the practice exams.

    The professor is nice and makes learning fun. The information is interesting and applicable to daily life.

    Course highlights:

    The lab where we learned to conduct various exercise test.

    Dr. Ballard makes the information really easy, and he provides you with exactly what you need for the exams.

    Course highlights:

    He had us do reviews at the end of each chapter which really helped me compile all the information.

    0-2 hours

    Make sure you can answer the review questions and the main points.
