Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It was a good course to get BIO credits, not that it was very easy, but it was well taught and engaging.
Learning how to identify plants is the biggest thing in the course, and it helps to be a visual learner. I learned a bit of the technical things about plants, more so that in a class specifically for that, even though it was only a small part of the course.
Hours per week:
Advice for students:
It was a sprint course meaning two classes a week at 3 and a half hours each class, so it is time consuming for half the semester, so students would need to consider whether or not they'd be willing to put the time into it. Also, taking notes and making flash cards are a tremendous help in this class.
