Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it provides a concrete and solid foundation for anyone interested in the field of science/mathematics. There are a variety of concepts that are taught as well as labs and experiments to supplement the lessons. Overall it is a great class for those who like somewhat of a challenge.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course would have to be the Conservation of Energy/Momentum unit that was covered. The professor was gracious enough to demonstrate in front of the class the very concept, by spinning in a rotating chair and bringing masses in his hands in and out from chest. It was very helpful, as I am more of a visual learner. From this, I learned that the further away the mass is outside the rotating body, the slower the angular speed and the close the mass is to the rotating body, the angular speed increases.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that it is really important to ask questions when you are unsure about something. It is better to be safe than sorry, so the sooner you ask the better. Don't wait until the last minute to ask because by then, your fate may be sealed in terms of your overall performance in the class. Don't be afraid because in all honesty, there are probably other students who have the same question or are in the same confused state.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He does not always explain things in the clearest way. I always have to go over the material several times again to understand what he was talking about.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the homework setup. It was online work and really gave you practice on problems.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study outside of class! Also talk to the professor.
