    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a challenging class, but I learned so much about religion and the Bible. I'm so glad I stuck with the class even through the endless homework and exams. I am much better informed because of this class, and I'm glad it was required.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of the Bible from cover to cover! Whether the information covered blood lines, events, cultural norms, or beliefs, I learned them all.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work. Study. Work hard at this class because it will pay off. Religion is a concept that will weave in and out of your life; it pays to know about it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was a very difficult course but you learn the most information from it. It is a huge challenge but it is rewarding in the end. There is daily work and reading.

    Course highlights:

I gained a new understanding of the complete bible and the Lutheran faith. It emphasized aspects of the bible that I thought I understood but made me more aware of them. It challenged me as a student and I pushed myself to do exemplary work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you read all the required readings and complete your daily work. There are some pop quizzes that you will ace if you do the required course readings.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course not only gave historical context more knowledge on the content of the Bible, but it also challenged students to have deeper analysis of the reading.

    Course highlights:

The discussions in class were the highlights of this course. I was born and raised in church so the discussions allowed me to learn the different insight people may have on the Bible.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Participation is a big part of your grade! If you want to do well in this class, I suggest you participate as much as you can. Also, always do your homework. The homework may be time consuming, so having to do two in one day is never fun.
