    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it encourages you to be healthy while in college. You are required to a workout a week which is good so you don't feel like you are getting out of control. It also teaches you about healthy relationships and healthy ways of living.

    Course highlights:

I have learned the types of food that are bad for your body and how to tell which ones are bad for you and how much to eat of them. I also learned types of way to work out and how many reps to do what to do before and after working out.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you just do all your work and do not miss any more than one workout you will easily pass the class. Also if you study the study guides before a test you can ace every test. The workouts are only once a week for 30 minutes and that is the easiest part.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a great class to do online. It was easy to follow the assignments and tests. The instructor was great to work with if you needed him.

    Course highlights:

I would say this class was more of a refresher in personal wellness. It updated on some points of health but overall is the same information you would expect from this type of class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The tests were long but if you read the material and do the homework, you will do fine. Make sure you read the book and powerpoint. You can't pass the test on the powerpoint alone.
