Pretty easy, overall.
If you have the pleasure of taking this course with Professor Minden, I can't recommend this course to anyone even though it's required for most EECS majors. The class's content isn't the reason. It's the professor. Minden is a terrible lecturer as often goes on long tangents that aren't relevant. He's also short tempered and impatient, often unable to teach effectively even if he's slightly frustrated. On more than one occasion, when asked a question he only replies with a blank stare and silence only to continue the lecture without addressing the question properly.
There are none really. The labs were only redeemed by an especially helpful TA. I didn't learn anything from this class. It was easy though. The tests were online (so you could have a room of people working on it together), and the labs we're easy enough to figure out on your own.

Advice for students:
It doesn't take much effort to pass this class. You can pass it without studying at all, but it doesn't hurt to make friends so you can ask for help if you ever need it.
