Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Math101 is the most basic type of math you need in college. Most colleges have that as a requirement to move onto what ever major you want. It may be hard because it's everything from Algebra 1 and 2 plus a bit or pre-calculus, but it should be a review if you did them well in high school.

    Course highlights:

Basically, everything I learn from high school is on here, it's just a lot harder so more thinking. Since this was a summer class, we have to learn a 16-week course in the span of 6 weeks. It's intense, but there were so many resources such as tutors that will help us every other day to catch up.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Time management and using your resources. At my college we have tutors, so I would use them because sometimes your teacher just won't have all the time. I study at least 2 hours for every one hour I am in class, so basically, 10 hours/week and sometimes more if I really need it. But 10 hours is nothing compared to 168 hours in a week. I still lots of time to hand out with friends and being on my electronics.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She was great help with any problems you had, and the course itself showed several issues.

    Course highlights:

It was somewhat basic but a lot was went through way too fast and not elaborated on enough. Homework only does so much.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Time is key, you have to be willing to give time for the coursework.
