I would recommend this course because it's important for anyone especially someone considering the health field to know what you are putting in your body. I don't think enough people are well educated on nutrition and it's extremely important to be.
I loved the discussions and getting to hear what my other classmates opinions were on what we had learned and getting to see how they were planning on applying that information into their own lives.

It's a great course to take and you learn a lot and can do well in the course, but it's important that you read the chapters and study. If you don't apply yourself you won't get anything out of the course. Don't slack off because its easy to get behind. You can do it!
