    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are not good at math and do not need the class as a requirement toward your degree stay away from it. Also, my instructor says that you most likely will not use in the real world. Preparing for school is mental and a physical aspect. Getting plenty of rest. Mentally for me is not to panic and read into the course to much.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning about mean, median, and mode. Learning about how to find different measurements. I learned a lot about sigma and beta which I had no clue about before this course. Learning about independent and dependent variables. Square roots of numbers. Variable scales. I have been out of high school for quite some time and did not have half of this type of math so all of this was new to me. I now have the understanding. Not going to say that I am good at it, but I have an understanding of it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study on your own and if you are not good at math to get a tutor or course hero for help.
