Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course made me fall in love with accounting. It challenged to improve my critical thinking and organizational skills and inspired me to change my major to accounting.

    Course highlights:

I learned the importance of being accurate and thorough when preparing a company's financial statements/adjustments. I also learned how transactions are recorded, summarized, and presented in a financial report or financial statements such as an income statement or a balance sheet.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You will only get out of the course what you put in. It is not enough just to come to class and not do any homework or practice, Financial Accounting focuses on accuracy and precision, so organization and consistency is key to succeeding in this course. But if you do make an effort, this course will be highly enjoyable.
