    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I am an accounting major and this was my first college accounting class. This class was one that I had to work hard at but I really enjoyed taking. Since my interest is in accounting I was always focused in this class. It was something I liked and I look forward to taking more accounting classes in the future and earning my degree in accounting.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to use the professor's lecture and then go back and use the book either before the class or after the class to expand and really make sense of the material. This was not an easy class and it is an intro class to a very complex and important field of work. I also learned how to manage my time and study for tests. The test were not easy so if you did not study your grade would reflect that.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If this is your first accounting course then I would recommend reading the material that the professor will be lecturing over before you go to that class. I had taken an accounting class in high school and that really helped me learn the basics. The material can be tough to learn so a good basic understanding of the material before the class will help you tremendously.
