Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for who ever is interested into food growth for losing weight and caring about there body. If you don't care about health food for growth then do not take it because you won't see it interested.

    Course highlights:

I have learned what was the difference between been a vegetarian diet and to meat-based diet and how vegetarians have reduced risk of cancer, diabetes, etc. I have learned how to choice my organic food instead of the regular food we always buy that contains a lot of chemicals.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

My advise to you is attend class, go to office work hours, study enough, read a lot do your homework on time and do your best on your projects. this class is a very good class for who ever care about there health.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class was very insightful and broke down the nutritional value of many different foods, supplements and vitamins.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the importance of a balanced diet. I also learned about the correct vitamins to take that would help my body and those that were just pure sugar. Lastly I learned how to read a nutritional label correctly.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are going over your notes and do not cram. Also be prepared to put in the time to study.
