Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mr. Adkins is very hands-on with his students. He is also very understanding when it comes to being in the military. As long as you let him know your having trouble before a deadline, he will usually grant you an extension.

    Course highlights:

In this course i learned how to navigate through a google search and how to maneuver Microsoft word a bit better.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait till the last minute to complete an assignment. The faster you get something done, the more times you can submit it for review. And if its been reviewed several times, it's either A worthy, or the professor does not look as hard for errors.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She did a wonderful job helping me get back into the groove of writing essays and research papers! She was always ready to help with any questions I had

    Course highlights:

The course was based on Social Justice issues which I thought was refreshing for an English course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to do your reading and pay attention to her videos on blackboard. Also don't forget to turn in all discussion board assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class and this professor. It encouraged critical thinking, and Mr. Finder was down to earth and understanding without being too passive.

    Course highlights:

I re-learned how to write a proper college essay with the appropriate bibliography and citations. I was also challenged in some of our papers to think outside the box, which I do love.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Come to the course with an open mind and willingness to learn, if you want to be there you will learn something. As long as you ask questions when you're confused, Mr. Finder will gladly help you because he wants you to succeed as well!
