    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Hapke is a great instructor! She is very knowledgable about marketing and gives students all the tools that they need to succeed. If you go to class, you will most likely do well on the exams because all of the information on the exams is in the notes that she gives us for class. If you're trying to decide if you want to be a marketing major or not, this is a good introductory class to take to help you decide.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the general principles and philosophies of marketing. This course focuses on basic ideas and concepts that are used in implementing and studying marketing trends like the product growth cycle, environmental factors that affect marketing, and different types of suppliers.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the homework, go to class, and make sure to answer the Concept Check questions! If you do your work, then you will most likely succeed in this class. Not a lot of outside reading or homework is involved, so paying attention in class is important.

    Really great course, Prodessor Hapke really knows a lot about the subject and makes it fun and interesting!

    You learn the world of marketing. Everything from sales, to manufacturing is covered in this course
