This class was very in depth about sports nutrition and how to "eat-to-perform".
The best part about this class is that the teacher had the ability to answer not only basic nutritional facts, but also gave us information, specifically those who asked, on how to eat to perform and be in peak physical condition for different types of sports, from running, to power lifting.

Study. Know the basics of your metabolic pathways, and know your different nutrients. Make sure that you have a good knowledge base of general daily nutrition before you take this course. If you want to learn about eating for performance or how to help those who want to eat for performance, this is the class for you.
