    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend taking this class. I will start off by saying this was not an easy course. However, Professor Reno taught it extremely well and I left the class feeling that I had learned many useful skills in writing.

    Course highlights:

This course was all about learning to write the perfect research essay. I am not the strongest writer, I will admit. However, I finished the course confident that my writing skills had greatly improved.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Even if you think you are already a great writer, take this course. There is always room for improvement. Which is something Professor Reno continued to tell us. You will, without a doubt, in someway improve on your writing skills.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a very helpful class to help get some of those Gen Ed credits out of the way to save money and time in the future.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about different problems and situations that happen in our everyday life. I learned about Poverty, Uniqueness, and much more! You also learn to further your knowledge with reading and learn some new studying skills such as paraphrasing and annotating.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying at least 20-30 minutes daily and using study techniques such as annotating helps to better understand and comprehend what you're reading.
