    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You'll need to memorize a lot of dates, but that is part of art history so try to enjoy the studying! Remember, not everyone has the opportunity to go to college, so instead of dreading the studying, look at is as an opportunity!

    Course highlights:

This class was like story time, in the best way possible. The professor makes old paintings and sculptures come to life through explaining their history and the artist's inspiration.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make flash cards with the artwork on one side, a fun fact and a date on the other side. Get into the class, look up facts online about the artwork instead of just relying on the professor's stories.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was not extremely demanding, however, it forces a student to be mindful and appreciative of artwork.

    Course highlights:

I learned more than anything to make your words count. There were few assignments so each one mattered a little more than in other classes. The students in this class are exposed to things they never could have imagined even existed.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Please be open-minded to the art pieces. The best thing anyone could do in this class is focus on how deep the works are. Let them change you.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took Art History through Morehead while I was a Senior in High School. For those who are ready to buckle down and study hard then I would recommend it since it's college credit you are getting for free. However, it is a difficult course and will require lots of hard work and studying to succeed, it is a college class and is treated like so.

    Course highlights:

Taking this class was my first taste of what college classes would be like, I learned how to better manage my time and how to study more efficiently.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My main tip is to always go to class. Follow along closely with your professor and take note of everything that she claims is of importance, it will likely be on a quiz or exam. Thoroughly read the chapters you are assigned, and you'll do well.
