    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For someone that did not have an extensive prior knowledge to biology in general, and cell biology in particular, it was a difficult class. The instructor did attempt to make sure the students knew the reasons for why things happened as they did in microbiology, but it could be hard to understand at times.

    Course highlights:

I did gain a new appreciation for all the microorganisms that are around us every single day. So many things are going on at a microscopic level that we never know about. It is breathtaking.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Brush up on biology, especially cell biology if you are planning on taking this course. The instructor pulls a lot of information from that material, however, it is not a prerequisite for taking Bio 300.
