    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Professor Turkelson knows how to teach students and she does it in a way everyone will understand and will not move on until you understand. She is very approachable and will help after class is over to help you understand about a nursing topic. You will learn and enjoy the class!

    Course highlights:

Everything I learned in this class I will be relearning more thoroughly in Med Surg 2. The highlight of this class was being taught helpful hints on the various topics I learned such as lab values, medications, arterial blood gases, complications of diabetes type 1/2, blood products/administration, perop/postop, respiratory problems, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying is a must in this class. You cannot simply skip the studying because there is a lot of material in the course that you must know not just for the exam but also for when it comes time for when you take the NCLEX and become an RN in the real world. You will be taking care of real lives and our patients will want us to know things and know what to do in situations instead of not knowing.
