    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Be prepared to do a lot of extra reading outside of class. You will become familiarized with Aristotle, Plato just to name a few. Some of the reading might be confusing at first glance, but once you grasp the knowledge you will understand how it relays to modern society.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the class include in-class discussions, which may help you get on track with other classmates, who might have the same questions or difficulties with the material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all of the material given by the instructor.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a fun class that made you consider the basis for your own and others' beliefs, values, and morals. The text is easy to digest and it is mostly discussion based each week with a multiple choice final.

    Course highlights:

It allows for personal growth through introspection and the discussion board prompts. It must think about where ethics and morals come from in order to present your position on issues you have to write about.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The text gives you the information you need. Discussion Board posts were required to be done with one post by you and two replies to classmates' posts.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor already has his rhetoric and was not interested in including students interjections on topics discussed. A paper was due each week but those were never talked about and the tests were incredibly difficult even after going over the study guide.

    Course highlights:

Nothing. I was forced to take this class even though I had taken comparable classes at another institution.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Try to take it in stride. You aren't getting out of it because it's a required class.
