    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Chef Spendlove is one of the most regarded chefs Sullivan had and he really knew what he was teacher. An amazing course and an amazing teacher it really taught me a lot.

    Course highlights:

    The business plan that we work on through the whole quarter. It was hard but i might use t in the future.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not procrastinate. It will not help in the end at all.
