I GAINED A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE THAT WILL HELP IN FUTURE PROGRAMMING CLASSES,

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

KNOW YOUR CODES AND DO ALOT OF STUDYING. WHEN YOU THINK IT'S THE EASY CODE TO WRITE THE SMALLEST MISHAP WILL GIVE YOU A ERROR.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The weeks of the course followed a consistent pattern; read the material, practice the material, then use the knowledge to solve a problem related to the material. By the final week, a problem was given that required a summation of all the knowledge gained during the course, and the solution was not apparent from the text; it required critical AND creative thinking. Like a puzzle, the pieces were there, and we know the final product, but we have to determine how to arrange the pieces.

    Course highlights:

The course taught me to code in JavaScript at a foundational level; I was able to start learning AngularJS, REACT, NODE.js and other javascript based libraries because of the foundation I had. The highlights were the weekly assignments, a chance to practice and think.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book, follow along in an IDE of your choosing, and focus on the capabilities of the language, not the specific examples.
