Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher has a great teaching method and makes the students interact during class. She is always available after class and answers all of your questions in the clearest way possible. She will make boring material interested and always brings guest speakers to class, which I think it is a great way for students to ask questions to professionals and interact in class.

    Course highlights:

I learned all of the different types of communications and what job you can do with each concentration. One of the most interesting things I learned was the history behind all of the most popular commercials and advertisements around the world. I also learned all the hard work and imagination that is behid creating such original and eye-catching material.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in the class, always read the news daily and know what it is going on around the world and media world, Also, be sure to go to class because she will sometimes say the important things to remember for the test, which is a big help. Overall, just listen to her, take notes from the slides and have a good attitude which will lead you to success.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Collins pays extreme attention to current events and consistently makes the class not only interesting but feel relevant to what people around you will be talking about in your everyday life.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the amazing and experienced guest speakers that Professor Collins brought in. One of the most inspiring was speaking to the head of Fed-Ex's Marketing department. Listening to these successful business professionals describe that it is possible to make a career out of Mass Communications, even in such a saturated field as it is today, was just the motivation I needed to come to class everyday.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Always go to the speaker sessions and take notes. Professor Collins uses these talks for questions on the test. Also, read the text. Many of the questions come from there too and are not mentioned in the lectures.
