    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was required for my curriculum. Grading was not very consistent, there were teaching assistants that were assigned to each student. The course itself and the material was very interesting and will be beneficial to any leadership position.

    Course highlights:

This class taught me the correct way to handle discipline and confrontation in co-workers. Also, this book give gave great examples from other effective leaders and studied there management style.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters, focus on the grading rubric for each assignment. The teaching assistants are strict when grading and they follow the rubric to a T. Tests come from the text book, so no need to study outside material.
