    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I do not have anything negative to say about this class.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight for this course to me was the amount of self confidence I gained while having to stand up in front of people I barely knew to give a speech.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't let the thought of public speaking or taking a communications class scare you away. It is very refreshing to gain the confidence because you will certainly nee it for your future classes in college.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it strengthens you as a student. It helps you build up courage to be able to communicate with others, and be open to their conversations. I would most definitely recommend it, if its you're first year of college. It'll help you learn to talk to other students on campus. I would also recommend the course for those who are introverts, like myself. It made me more open to talking to others, even if we didn't agree on some things. It's an amazing course!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning how to speak in front of others that you don't know. I learned that some people will always be nervous while speaking, but I also learned how to calm down your speaking anxiety. I learned to be more open, and listen to what others had to say. It not only teaches you how to speak in front others, but it also teaches you how to listen, and fully communicate with what others have to say.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, you have to stay on top of everything. Make sure you get all your online work complete, but also study. Study! Study! Study! Studying is the only way you'll learn how to speak in front of your peers. We download a book online that helps you to understand public speaking, and gives you tips on mastering it. The tips really do work! Another tip I would give is, remember that you are not the only nervous one in the class. The others are nervous just as well, but some have a better way of hiding it. My advice would be to make sure you work hard, and go about the course passionately.
