Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It was an online class, but I really enjoyed his online lectures which was key in passing his class. If you study, listen to his lectures, take notes from the video, then you should be able to pass. I love the clear examples he gives during the lecture; this will help to understand the different parties. Your test is essay questions, but he will give you study guides. There is no book for his class as the he will post the text on Moodle for you to read, print out, and add to your study material.
I learned about the parts of a contract, definition of law, parties, employment law, wills, trust, and lemon law, torts, and negotiable instruments.

Advice for students:
Listen to the lecture, take notes, read the text on Moodle, incorporate those together, then print out the study guide, and if you can't fill it out without your notes then you need to prepare more till you can.
