    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Sirikul was a very likable professor. He makes you fill out notes on his slides so that you cant snooze through class which was helpful. His tests were difficult but if you knew the slides than you would do just fine.

    Course highlights:

I learned a ton about exercise physiology from this course. Every day was a learning experience. From the different cycles to muscle tissues to exercise adaptations, this course has a lot of information to soak in, so be ready.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to print the powerpoints and be laser focused when sirikul starts talking. He can move fast at times so dont be afraid to ask him to slow down. He also talks softly so if you can sit in the front that would be ideal.
