    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the course for students needing it and wanting to learn more about earth. The first couple of courses focuses mainly on the terms of geology and what they mean. It is pretty much the basics of geology and the basic terms that you will need to learn.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course is that there is so much geology in the world we live in that we don't even think about. I learned a lot of information from earthquakes to the minerals around the world and what makes them, from groundwater to effect of erosion on the environment around us.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your studies. When you get the new information continuously go over it because the terms don't stick in your head as easily if you wait till the last minute to start studying.
