    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Utete doesn't teach the material. I taught myself everything using the quiz practice problems. Quiz questions were nothing like in-class examples and often included trick questions.

    Course highlights:

    Difference between stocks and bonds

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in class but be prepared to just teach yourself everything later

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This teacher, while somewhat difficult to understand at times, really wanted you to succeed. She put all of her powerpoints online and her test questions were very similar to the ones put on the slides as practice examples. Also she offered so many chances for extra credit on the tests. I'm pretty sure I had at least 5 points of extra credit going in to every major test. Also she gives a bunch of quizzes but you're 2 or 3 lowest are dropped so you have a pretty big chance at having a good quiz grade.

    Course highlights:

Learned a lot more thoroughly about the different ways to calculate costs. How to estimate future costs and how exactly those kinds of costs are applicabale to a company.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the extra credit! It will boost your test grade so much and is so helpful. Also go to her office hourse because she will help you with it and even sometimes gives up answers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor is often confusing and difficult to follow. Most of the learning was done individually from the textbook.

    Course highlights:

    Interesting and applicable material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pick a group that will work well together and complete all individual assignments. Read the textbook to prepare for tests and quizzes.
