    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a required course for public health. I love statistics and data, however, Dr. Cropley tends to drone on and be difficult for me to listen to, and it is easy for me to lose focus and simply read off the slides at a later time.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different methods of data collection and analysis

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

For studying: make sure you memorize exactly what they tell you will be on quizzes/tests. There won't be any surprises

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Hassig is very organized and the expectations for this class are very clear. Our TA was very helpful and made herself very accessible to students.

    Course highlights:

I liked answering the Questions of the Day and then seeing the whole class's results compared to mine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't put off the 1 page assignments until the night before. They take longer than you'd think.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great intro class to give peripheral detail about many aspects within epidemiology and public health on the whole

    Course highlights:

There were guest speakers the last three weeks of class that brought their real world experience into the classroom to help us relate some of what we learned to their everyday jobs.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely get the textbook, since the professor does not present well and the presentations are not that helpful.
