Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course is a requirement for sociology majors. Unlike the other statistics courses at Tulane, the content is easier to grasp and very well explained. Homework is helpful and relevant. Professor allows students to do rebuttals on tests which means you have the potential to earn all missed points back.
The examples we go through in class are very helpful. There is also a semester long group project- the group composition and topic is up to you though.

Advice for students:
Read the textbook. Though it is not necessary, it is actually very useful as it explains tough concepts simply.
