    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It's awesome! Allows you to be super creative and a very unique class.

    Course highlights:

    Learned about Design Thinking and the Human Centered Design process. Highlights include the interdisciplinary nature of the class and the community of the students.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Try to meet some of the students you are taking the class with before to see if you have similar ideas for projects, but know you will be great friends will all of them by the end of the semester!

    Course Overview:

    The course was really engaging. The class is hands on and discussion based.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the design thinking process and how to tackle social/environmental problems using the design thinking process. The highlight of the course was getting to work with a real New Orleans Non-profit organization to help them solve a problem they were facing.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The class is 4 hrs long but totally worth it!

    Course Overview:

    Favorite course I've ever taken at Tulane!!!!! Easy workload, very interactive class that truly allows you learn a lot and enjoy doing it.

    Course highlights:

    Getting to actually do a group project that solves some sort of social or environmental problem on campus by using the design thinking tools we study in class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pick a topic you're interested in for the group project. Ask good questions-- the professors are amazing resources.
