Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved taking economics with Dr. Austin. He was a phenomenal teacher with a deep understanding of the subject matter. I took this course as a high school dual enrollment class, and I am so glad that I did. Overall, I have come out with a deeper understanding of economics and a heightened awareness of what compels my economic decisions and how I compel the economic decisions of governing bodies.

    Course highlights:

I learned the inner workings of the market system. I also learned, in depth, what prompts consumers to make certain decisions and how the ways that people act can influence our markets. I learned about the powers that be in terms of fiscal and monetary policy, and I learned ways that I can be a more responsible economic citizen.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class. That is the best advice I can give you. Also, study directly from the study guides, and try to understand instead of just memorizing. Do your best to pay attention to everything the professor says, and take good notes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it is a very easy course to pass and does not make you want to fall asleep in class.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how to manage money. Also, I learned what not to do with your money and how to invest it in the right things. It taught me a lot about how to handle things in life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would definitely go through the book and highlight the important things. Also, follow along in class, much of what he says in class is on the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend course. The professor is very upfront, friendly, and clear. He makes all the chapters we learn easy to understand. He's very well prepared and tells you everything you need to know about the class on the first day.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the simplicity of learning. I learned about the basics of macro economics which is the general aspect of economics and not every specific detail.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You just need to do every homework he gives you and go to all the classes you can.
