    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone because it is a great way to start off if you are a psychology major.

    Course highlights:

The high lights of this course was learning about classical and operant learning. These two forms of learning were interesting topics to discuss because I like the real life situations that they were related to. I learned that these forms of learning are shown in our everyday television shows and we do not even notice them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice that I could give for this course is to attend class. I know some people can study anything on their own and never have to go to class except for on test days, but it would be best to attend this one. I say this because the information taught is so interesting that it sticks well by just listening. Flashcards would be useful for those facts that did not stick as well as everything else.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a very dry course. You learn the General psychology. The more interesting psychology classes are later down the road. You just have to keep pushing yourself through the boring to get to the interesting.

    Course highlights:

This course always had a review study guide before test days. Always read the book and study all of the slides she puts on Moodle. You will do fine. I learned about the different parts of the brain, eyeball, and ear.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise that you pay attention in class, always read the textbook, and study the slides on Moodle.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gives students a new look at psychology. One that they didn't necessarily expect whenever they signed up for it. This course is more scientifically based and the teacher is extremely thorough with her teaching. She provides powerpoints and gives specific deadlines.

    Course highlights:

I learned more than just the basics of pysc. I learned the scientific reasoning and foundation behind all of it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait until the last minute to complete assignments. It's always a good idea to complete the assignment as soon as the professor gives it out to you. Make some friends in the class and create a study group. Make sure you are confident with APA style writing.
