    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I recoomend this class becuase it is a great introduction to the food service side of business and teaches you very important skill that will help you throughtout the semester.

    Course highlights:

    The cooking and learning the conversions.
