    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Bio 110 was very challenging. Griffard wasn't a great professor.

    Course highlights:

I gained the knowledge of how to actually study in college. In high school, school was very easy and I didn't really have to study. It was definitely a wake up call in this course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not slack off in this course. It's very hard.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because Dr. Krayesky is a very professional professor. She expects you to look ahead and be on top of your work and studying, but she is one of the better biology professors in the school. She also has a different type of grading system and helps you out by keeping your 10 highest quiz scores at the end of the semester.

    Course highlights:

Through this course so far, I have learned biology in great depth. A big focus was cell respiration and photosynthesis. Knowing the processes and inputs and outputs are very important. Another part of biology that I remember focusing on were active and passive transport of molecules through a phospholipid bilayer of a cell. Each chapter is very important for a future in this major.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed you must study. You will have to read ahead and know what is included in the chapter before you arrive to class. She asks questions and wants people to participate in class. Make sure to look over the objectives and be prepared for exams. Also attending tutoring will help tremendously.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to college students that are confident about their abilities and study habits , i wouldn't recommend this to people with study issues and problems with time management as this is a rigorous course.

    Course highlights:

You learn alot throughout this course that will be taken into any medical field .

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get with somebody else who takes the class and work together
