    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Sasek is an amazing teacher and teaches the material in a simple understandable way. He provides the notes online for the lecture, just print them and you're good to go !

    Course highlights:

Mainly the general biology information, like cells and stuff.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take advantage of him being a nice professor, actually study and at least follow along and you'll pass

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Biology is a subject that you have to understand. You will never succeed just trying to memorize your way through the course, especially not in Dr. K's class. Study groups are the key to passing. Get together, talk the chapters through, and most importantly figure out how all the different chapters tie together. The big picture is definitely needed to pass her final.

    Course highlights:

This course was trying. She moves fast and doesn't always thoroughly explain the material. I learned to learn on my own, outside of the classroom. Utilize your textbook. Read about things you don't understand. Diagram diagram diagram. Know how to draw everything you possibly can. Biology 1020 gave me the foundation I need to continue to pursue my degree in biology. The main thing I took away from this class was that everything ties together to create one huge, intricate picture. Find the big picture and you find a respect for biology.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don't wait to study. Study daily. Pass the quizzes!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely difficult to grasp. There is no teaching, just reading off a powerpoint. Whiel i was never able to make it to the SI meetings because they were all at times I had to be at work.

    Course highlights:

I did not learn, I memorized for the test.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study Study Study and not just before the test, make sure you start as soon as he gives the first set of notes
