Caffeine and Crullers general manager Jane Sutton is frustrated. Sales manager Jason Wong has just gone into one of his negative tirades. No one else is doing a good job except for him, according to Jason. Carlos is too prickly, Carrie has too much of an edge, and Heather doesn't even know what the term "on time" means. Jane has noticed that Jason gets like this periodically, maybe every month or so, but she can't figure out if something in particular is causing his behavior. What she does know is that it puts a damper on the other members of the management team and makes it hard for people to connect positively with Jason. Jane knows if she does nothing, the negativity will stop after a few days-until next month.
