In today's era, every organization follows a modern leadership style to achieve growth and success. Person H's love for dogs made them establish a camp for dogs in order to set them free the whole day. Some of the attributes exhibited by Person H may be reflective of the attributes of modern leadership. They are as follows:

  • Person H has a clear predefined vision; Person H is adhering to their vision. Person H has a clear view of the future and safety of the dogs and how it can be accomplished.
  • Person H is confident in donating their time and energy for the well-being of dogs. Person H is concentrating on the idea of allowing pets at the workplace, in order to create a healthy and stress-free working environment.
  • Person H is a fearless person, who is ready to face the consequences without any hesitation. Person H leads other individuals by example and provides everyone with the confidence to believe in their own abilities.
  • Being flexible means being able to adapt to the changing environment and encouraging new innovative ideas for the accomplishment of the desired goals. Being a flexible leader, Person H believes that they may change the plan of action, according to the changing needs.
