While writing dates after the month name, cardinal numbers (2, 5. 30) should be used. When only date written, ordinal numbers (3rd, 5th etc.) to be used. Here, date is coming after the month name, so cardinal number to be used. While writing numbers, separate group of three digits with commas (eg: 54,000) to avoid confusion. While writing in a sentence, instead of % symbol should write the word "percent".
