PROFESSIONAL USE OF SELF

Think about a client whose beliefs are very different from your own. Maybe you think abortion is wrong and your client is considering getting an abortion. Maybe you think undocumented immigrants should be deported and your client is an undocumented immigrant. It may be that you think homosexuality is immoral and your client is homosexual. Maybe you believe that marriage should only be between a man and a woman and your clients are a gay married couple. Perhaps you believe all people should be accepted and your client is a member of a white supremacist organization. In situations in which your beliefs are different from your clients, list what you can do to become accepting.
