The list of letters has pattern. It started by 10 then if it will continue if there is still a letter that is divisible by the number. Since T is the 20th number then it is still included and next to J. Since the alphabet is only 26 letters then there is no letter next or place in 30. That is why it goes back and it becomes the 9th letter which is I and then continues the process. The Full pattern is listed in the picture.
