In studying Statement of Cash Flow (SOCF), the following question was asked in the class;
"The statement of cash flow is imperative in allowing investors to understand how cash is generated in each organization/company.
Many investors tend to rely upon the statement of cash flow than other financial statements to know the true performance of the organization.
As a manager who is concerned about the health of your company, which examples of measures will you take to cut the cash outflow of your company?"
I don't quite know what it means by "examples of measures"... hence I don't know how to answer that question.
Can somebody give me advice, please?
