Question

These plots are for an enzyme kinetics lab. The directions say estimate Km and Vmax from each graph. I know that

Km is = to Vmax/2. But I'm not sure how to find Vmax on the Michaelis Menten plot as it is nothing like the example. My guesses for the first graph would be 42.7 for Vmax and 21.4 for Km, but these dont seem right to me. Im not sure how to find Vmax on either to be honest, if I can figure out how to get Vmax then I can get Km.
