  • As for question number 4, it is possible to use humoral immune response as an answer because it depends on the use of memory cells to recognize the pathogen quickly upon SECOND exposure to it, and thus eliminate the infection before it actually establishes a disease. Also this is possible because antibodies bind to pathogens themselves before they enter the cells and actually the questions says "helps" which indicated that the answer would probably be a singular noun not a plural one like "barriers". So, BARRIERS is certainly not a wrong answer as it does help prevent pathogens from entry to cells, but afterall the correct answer has to depend on the intention of the question so I have to tell you about this in case you get confused. In this case though, barriers would belong to number 1 along with inflammation and phagocytes as it is indeed also considered apart of the non-specific immunity ( though it is not really a response, it is more of something that is available all the time, and that's why i decided not to choose it at first). So anyway, I guess now you have the full picture which is even better :) As for the rest of the answers, I am they are 100% correct ( DEFINITELY). If you still have any confusions please don't hesitate to ask in the comments :)
